ESPAR wiring info needed

Im switchiing my Espar water heater to my other truck and managed to pull some wirees out of one of the connectors (the big Amphenol connector that plugs into the back of the timer and the remote control box).

I just need to confirm which wires are attached to the AMP plug. Can anyone with an Espar help me out??

Thx.

Wiring? You're screwed! I'll take it off your hands for $100 USD.....

Do you have the books that came with the Espar? They have wiring diagrams.
If you cannot find the books (I never can either) try downloading the manuals from http://www.espar.com/htm/tecmans.htm

Sounds like a good time to use the remote trigger terminal and put in a driver side switch or wire to accessory channel on alarm system for remote service.

Drop me an email if you need some more help. I'm just hanging around this long weekend.

Still offering that $100 USD

Pulled the timer out of the bracket and saw the following wire colors (colours):
yellow, brown, blue w/white trace, black w/white trace, red, brown.
#2, #4, #8, #10, #11, #12
#4 and #12 are connected.
The Espar wiring diagram appears correct EXCEPT for the connector pin out illustration. Of course, that's what you needed to reconnect.

Try any of the Unimog/Pinzgauer blog sites. Nearly every Unimog and Pinzgauer imported from Europe has an Espar heater installed. Not sure if the fluid heaters are the same but my guess is that they should be similar.

Good luck

Heaters are similar, but completely different wire harness.

I'll bring my Espar to Red Deer on Saturday for comparison. I pulled it out of the truck to replace a leaking o-ring.

I'm installing my d5w espar and timer this weekend which terminal on the timer is for the remote trigger? and is it - or + trigger.Any help would be great cause a have 3 extra trigger wires on my remote start and i would like to hook one up .also where is the best /easiest place to tie into the fuel system? i have heard that some trucks have an auxilary stem pipe on top of the fuel tank. Or could i tee into my supply line near the tank?
