Edge Comp vs Juice with Attitude

I have a 2001 with pyro and boost gauges, and trying to decide between the Comp and Juice. It looks like the Attitude (that's required with Juice) is redundant as far as the gauges go...

...but which one is better?

I guess what I'm looking for is ease of hookup for both, and performance differences. ANY input will be extremely helpful.

Thanks a mil.

The Juice has more more options and safety features built in. You can have the alarm warn you when you reach preset levels on boost, speed, egt, and a few others. It will also defuel when it detects tranny slip, overboost, hot egt, etc... plus everything the comp will do. I have a Juice on my '05, but just bought a Comp for my dads '01. If you have guages it's just a matter of deciding if the bells and whistles are worth the extra money.

If performance is your main concern buy a Comp w/ the drag upgrade, it's about the same as a Juice w/ attitude.

Since you have guages- just look for a drag comp in the dtr classifieds.

The turbo timer would be nice to have though.

I already have a turbo timer. I guess I'll shoot for the classifieds?

You can probably find a good deal there.

Nope, not on these years.

The Hot Juice is better than the Drag Comp IMHO. With the Juice you have 7 levels, stock, 1-5, and "HOT" as 6. With the Comp you loose level 5 to the drag settings. This may not seem like anything worth mentioning, but level 6 smokes really hard and the throttle response is wild, actually more than I like for trying to drive easy and save fuel. 6 feels like you jumped two levels. I find level 4 and 5 the best for daily use, where I wouldn't have 5 with the Drag Comp.
