just my $0.02
Thats good but I wouldn't risk it. I have seen many hybrids blow but not form to much boost, but from letting out too quik and barking the turbo and breaking the shaft. But something spinning that fast NEEDS to be in balance no questions asked, but what do I know right????

I can't say with any certinty what improvments you'll see other than cooler egt's. As for the parts I would only get holset fatory parts. HTT is good people to deal with, have good prices, and are holset distibutors, thats where I would get the parts from.

Your risking your headgasket and turbo at 42psi. That's why your turbo destroyed itself. Factory turbo's aren't good over 35ish. Not to mention that your drive pressures at 42psi on the factory turbo are probably pretty dang high and that can pop a headgasket as well. I'd expect you to see about 40psi out of the 40 and that shouldn't be to bad on your headgasket. If you start spraying meth though you run the risk of popping the headgasket without at least studs in there.
