now i just need to get a blue chip pump cover or similar, and mount it...i really wanna hide it in the ashtray so nobody knows i have it. this thing is gonna be an animal now.

BTW the place i got it from beats EVERY price ive ever seen listed by at least $20 with free shipping...also had the egde juice with attitude for my fathers 04.5 at a price WAY lower than anyone else...they must sell a ton of these units.

Your gonna love it. Even in EZ mode it's fun. I can't wait till tomorrow. Gonna get my valve body installed and then the wire is getting tapped and all bets are off then. Congrats on the purchase. It's one you won't regret. Ever.

getblown5.9,

Pricing is all over the place anymore, the manufacturers are trying to weed out the "I'm sitting on the tail gate taking calls and drop shipping products" kind of dealers, and they usually have some killer prices as they don't have employees or benefits etc to pay for. We have a Guaranteed pricing policy that will make sure you get the best price no matter what, plus you have somewhere to go if you have any problems etc.

For what its worth, the comany that is selling them for so cheap is a BIG company in the truck aftermarket industry. I understand about the dealers tho. I religiously patronize a local race shop because a friend works there, they sponsor our local racing forum, and they are just an overall great group to work with...even if I pay a few bucks more for something I will go to them.

The only reason the deal caught my eye is because its saving me closer to $130.

GB5.9,

Were you able to find that -10 AN fuel fitting you needed to get running?

yes luckily a race shop had one in stock and another shop will have a spare for me today to pick up and keep handy. also, because i knew very little about sizes i was searching for the wrong size, it was only a -8AN fitting and a company called aeroquip makes the fitting i needed.

fuel pressure gauge is working, but i need to order a snubber for the sending unit as it fluctuates alot with pressure surges from the pump

as for my FP...i have an older FASS system it holds 13psi at idle and will not dip lower than 9psi WOT, i may look into getting a sprign for the FASS to increase the pressure coming out, but those huge lines kill some of that pressure as well
