SPEED channel two wheeled tuesday just said this week they were going out to the salt flats to check out a diesel powered bike!
this should be as interesting as john careys DD powered dragster of the early 80s

What ever happened to Drag racing?? Does the NHRA have some deal with another network??? All I get above the 49th is Speed and the other major brands.. I don't get Fox Sports...
I haven't seen an NHRA event on TV for over 3 years.. what gives???

ESPN & ESPN2 show it once in awhile.
THAT's my kinda racin'
No watching the same guys go 'round & 'round for hours only to crash the leaders out in in the final turn.
The race is over in less than 5 seconds, then two more guys give it a try.
I'll be watching for the Bonneville diesel scoot too.

well someone better get with the program, other dirt bikes (two and 4 stroker gas) are in the 50+ HP range, i think we need some mega injectors and a turbo or two!

Sounds like that would be a little heavy.
Man when I was little and started ridin I always said I wanted to go to the Army and ride motorcycles but dang that bike doesn't look like it could handle a 50 foot double, hart attack look back.
That or I would try to race Osma's camel.
