Anyone have a set of instructions for the 5 banjos. It loooks like a I have 5 banjos, and one brass fitting w/a cap on it. I am going to tap my fuel gauge into the vp44 vavle with the line from geno's so do I still use the banjo that is tapped for the fuel gauge? Where are the 5 banjos located. Any help would be much appreciated. Oh and what is the brass fitting?
There is 2 on the Lift pump, 2 on the FF canister, and the one on the pump with the schrader valve is replaced. If you have a brass fitting that is 1/8 or 1/4", put that one on the bottom of the fuel canister for the pressure gauge.
If the hose screws onto the schrader valve, you will not replace that banjo with the one that is tapped.

Marine you are all over this forum. I appreciate all of your help. Ok so let the newby figure this out. I have 5 banjos and one brass fitting with a cap(totaling 6). I have the fuel line from genos for the Dipricol Isolator to plug into the shrader on the VP44. Now I will for sure replace the two on the LP, and the two on the fuel cannister. Where was the 5th banjo suppose to go and what does that extra brass fitting with the cap go to?
Do you have a pic of the one brass fitting with a cap? the fifth one would go in place of the Schrader valve. You might have one that goes on the VP44 for the return line, but I haven't seen anyone replace that one. I think they gave you an extra one by accident.

That is what I got.Where does that brass fitting and the one it is attached to go? The other 4 are identical so I guess it doesn't matter. Do I have to worry about getting air in the lines?

That brass fitting is on the banjo bolt is to plug the hole. You can put it between the canister and the lift pump. This way, if you want to add a prefilter pressure gauge, you can use that port. Since you have the hose that screws onto the Schrader valve, you will have one regular (new) banjo bolt left over.
You bought the 4 banjo bolts, with one threaded banjo bolt, correct?

I have 4 of the end-bolts, the brass fitting, and the flow-through bolt that the brass fitting is connected to. 5 banjos and 1 brass fitting. Which ones will I use if I plan plumbing into the vp44 for the fuel gauge?

No problem. I thought you said that line screws onto the Schrader valve. If it does not fit on the Schrader valve, then yes, the line from Geno's will more than likely fit the flow through banjo. However, I would not put it on the VP. Put it on the fuel canister (between the VP and the FF canister).
