anyone running it or know anything about it? is it just a modified S4?

From all I know if it, it's basically a dressed up S400.

I think it has a 71mm billet compressor wheel and about a 3" exhaust wheel.
Something like a 15cm or 17cm turbine housing non wastegated with a huge compressor housing.
It seems to be a modified s400 or K31 whatever you want to call it.

 

good, ill just stick with an S4 and about 2000$ left in my pocket

 

if your going to upgrade turbos wait and get there new MST turbo, its freakin sweet and pushes over 60psi as well.

whats a s4? i was talking about the new ATS turbo the MST.

 

S400...big single, or used as bottom turbo in twins...what the aurora 5000 is based on...i would never pay whatever ats wants for it, i was just curious about it. how much is the mst? any specs? i thought it was a VG turbo replacement?

 

Oh man, let me just say It is by no means just a dressed up turbo! I know a guy running it as a single on a 5.9 and making 630 on diesel only on an 04 CR. I've seen over 800 on diesel only with this turbo on a Duramax, over 920 with NOS. Powerstrokes also seem to do well with it. Make no mistake the Aurora turbos are not just dressed up turbos.

Is that truck white by any chance?

 

the MST runs 4 around 2800 reason its so high is because it comes with a new exaust manifold. dont think that its the same as a VG turbo, the Multy Stage Turbo works off of exuast presure and i believe a VG turbo does not.
