I didn't realize the solenoids were different? You will have the ones in your tranny to swap with the wire harness anyhow.
Its a pretty simple wire harness on both so I cant imagine it will be that tough to make work. Do you have access to the wire harness up to the PCM (I would think you only really need the plug if its actually different) on the DTT doner truck?

the plugs are the same just because your keeping your wireing harness in the transmission. the harness is what pokes out the top of the tranny then it just plugs into your harness.
