300 Hp Bosch Diesel Injectors........
Anyone ever use these ?? How did you like them, and what noticable differences are there, such as Power, fuel mileage, etc....
I'm going to be adding the following items to my truck (listed below in my profile) too:
** TWO gauges:
Boost pressure- Mechanical Back-Lit Face - 0-35 PSI
Exhaust Pyrometer (EGT Gauge) - EGT Kit (0°-1600°F)
** AFE- Magnum Force Cold-Air Induction
**Motoblue aluminized 4" exhaust system
**Exhaust Brake ( not sure which one yet, but one that wont restrict exhaust flow much when not in use )

One more thing..........
Any idea what I might expect from the mods mentioned above with the way my truck is right now, being stock except for the Superchips program ??
* Power??
* Fuel mileage increase, or decrease ??

The first mod I did to mine was the 300's. Wanted more, installed the 370's. Two much smoke for my fiver.Back to the 215's and wish I hadn't sold my 300's. Liked them best. Real smooth and no smoke.

I just went back and re-read your post. The 300's won't work in your 24V. You will have to get the 275 RV injectors.

They wont work on my 24v ??
I noticed that Dodge sells different ones for Auto, or Manual trannys. Why aren't the aftermarket ones different ???
It's not that I don't believe you, In fact, I probably believe you before the guy on ebay, but read this ad:

Yeah. Those are the 275 injectors. Don't know why they are calling them 300's. I've been looking at the same ones. From what I'm told, they will give you a little extra oomph and a little better mileage.

the 300's are from the 300hp motor, what used to be the 275hp motor. so the RV275's and RV300's are the same, the motor was just upped in power giving them a different name. this is what i was told when i asked about these injectors a long time ago.
you will want a fuel pressure gauge as well, as that is the weak spot of these trucks.
and yes, get a bigger boost gauge.
