24 valve injectors

alright guys i know this is considered like a waste but its gettin nice out again here in montana and all the little ricer cars are back out drivin around. me bein the nice guy that i am was wantin to give them a little smoke in the face. so my question is what is a good injector that will produce a lot of smoke. i was lookin at just puttin a set of stage 5 jammer nozzles on but im kinda undecided. iv looked at farmboysdiesel and other places but thought i would get your guys opinions.

id rather get injectors to beat them in performance rather than just blowing smoke. look into some mach injectors, alot of good reviews about them

Absolutely go for performance over smoke. That said, if I felt I had to get smokey injectors I'd see if I could find a set of used Diesel Dynamics extrude honed injectors. They're going to have larger holes in the tips than any of the current production EDM process injectors.

I have EDM injectors and the perform great and smoke like a freight train when I am at low boost. They clear up to a light haze once I get to 20 psi or higher.

I run the Jammer Stg 4's in my truck. They run a little warmer than stock, but I'm pretty sure I need more air. For the money, I would say go for it. They will make a huge difference. I don't think I would run the 5's, you will see egt's thru the roof.

If you still havwe the stock turbo you don't want to go over a 100hp injector. Your EGTs will be very high and get there very fast if you run a huge injector. DDP of F1 are the only injectors I will buy, i had the Edge injectors before and they weren't bad, but last fall edge stoped selling them so you may have a hard time finding them.

Anybody wanna see my leaky head gasket pic from too many 1500F shots w/100hp injectors and a stock turbo with a 14cm exhaust housing? The stock 12cm exhaust housing will be even hotter.

If you don't tow, you can push things farther. I'm coming up on 3.5 years of Mach 4s with the stock turbo.

They are perfect non-towing daily driver injectors....

Yep, for non-towing, you can run fairly large injectors on a stock turbo. I was running 140 hp F1's in my 12v on the stock turbo, made for a real fun daily driver.
