It should blow pressure off anyway as the manifold collector isnt divided. But we cut the divider out about 2 inches down and knife edge it. I still dont know why Holset uses a divided turbine housing with a non divided manifold.

My manifold is divided. Where did your manifold come from.

Hose everything down with a good penetrating oil (PB Blaster, Kroil, Liquid Wrench) the night before. Loosen the 4 bolts that hold the turbine housing to the turbo, it's easier now than when the turbo is rolling around on the bench. Take the turbo off the truck. 3 clamps, 4 nuts, 2 bolts and the oil supply line. Back the bolts that hold the the housing to the turbo out about 1/4 ". Make some marks so you can get the new housing clocked right. Get a hammer and tap all around the housing to try to break the rust free. You're not trying to knock the housing off yet, but if you are really lucky it might start moving (yeah, right). After a few minutes of tapping, switch to trying to tap the housing off the turbo. Alternate sides so it comes off straight. Keep spinning the impeller every couple taps so you can tell if the housing starts going crooked, when it starts rubbing, figure out where and tap on the opposite side to free it up again. Somewhere along the way you'll find that you have room to get the bolts out. Once it comes off, put some high temp anti sieze on there in case you have to get it off again. Get the new one clocked right, set it on straight as you can, put the bolts in and start tapping it on. Same thing, keep alternating side to side and spinning the impeller to make sure it's going on straight. You'll have to stop and screw the bolts in a little now and then. Once it sounds like it's on solid, tighten the bolts and tap a few more times, then retighten. Keep going until the bolts stay tight after you tap. Put the turbo back on. You'll have to move the downpipe back about 1.5" to make it fit.
