Your Thoughts & Prayers Please

My wife Nancy, helpmate and best friend of 20 years (we just had our 20th Oct. 5th) was diagnosed with breast cancer this evening. She is the most thoughtful, honest, kind, caring, and quiet person I have ever known. I went with her to have a MRI and a biopsy of her right breast last Wednesday. We got the dreaded phone call tonight. Your thoughts and prayers will be appreciated greatly. I apologize in advance for airing this, as this is, after all, a Diesel Truck forum. I however, know that the members of this site are fantastic individuals and understand the situation.

Thank You

Dusty

Yeah, it is. We're also a 'family' of sorts and watch out for each other, and care about what's happening in our other family members lives. With that being said, I think there'd be a lot of hurt people here if you DIDN'T say something.

My thoughts are with you both.

Sorry to hear that!

Dusty, my prayers go to you and your wife. Hopefully they caught it early enough to get rid of all that's there.

Tough news to be sure but after you catch your breath realize there are many more reasons to be positive than negative.

Nowadays things are much more advanced than they were even 5 years ago. They can detect cancer so early now, before it has a chance to get out of control.

Learn as much about it as you can, and keep the faith.

DT.

Hang in there Mr and Mrs Dusty !!! As was said before ... medical advances are making it easier to beat these things. Keep giving her more reasons to smile each day than to frown ... in sickness and in health.

Thanks for letting us know !!! You both are in my thoughts.
