Good morning. Just watched Veteran's Stadium get blown up. Pretty good demo, it was like watching a ring of dominos falling over. The wind was blowing towards the PRNJ, so Gloucester City got all the dust.

You guys are lucky. My doctor made me cut out my favorite breakfast. He said I can only have 4 eggs A WEEK AND 6OZ red meat A DAY. So much for steak and eggs for a good meal.

You lucky bum - - my doc said two eggs a week and NO red meat. Can eat chicken, turkey, and lots of salmon. Hmmm, salmon is red, right? No cheese, no butter, no cookies, no cake. Man, what is life without a big hunk of cake and ice cream. On second thought, it could mean "life" if I do eat it. Sure did beat up my cholesterol - - it is now in the sewer it is sooo low. Don't ever want to have to go thru all that stuff again so I will be good, mommy.

Anyway, another gorgeous week - - 79 degrees, sunny. Time to go hit the bike for about an hour around the subdivision. Then, push them weights a while - - boost up that HDL, you know.

Have a great week.

Maybe set it in the basket on your bike too?

Spring is definately here...warmin up everyday and the days are gettin' longer.

I read somewhere in Alaska (didn't log what city) daylight is increasing one hour every five days right now. That is fascinating to this Florida boy. We see about a 2 1/2 hour change from winter to summer ignoring daylight savings. I note the season by where the sun sets every night and the 20 degree change in average temp from summer to winter.

Thanks for the "sphere", Scotty. I will cherish it always.
