HEAT WAVE!!!!!!!
Gonna be bear 50 today!!and Saturday....... then a forecast high in the low 20's Sunday..... gotta love KS.....
However, reading Scotty's post makes me feel kinda lucky.......

How you guys likin' it? Where's Fiverbob? Doesn't he know it's safe to come out? Snow doesn't pack when it's this cold.

send it on Redleg. When it's this cold here, noone will be on the river fishing except me ...I don't mind numb fingers and dipping the rod eyes in the river to get the ice off....it's all about the fish.
supposed to snow Sunday and maybe Monday....sounds like Tuesday would be the best bet for a fishing trip....HHHHmmmmmmmm. I smell a half day.....and fish

Here we go...day #6.5. 30 on the overhead on the way in....not too bad. Sat around the camp fire a little while last night...real nice. Got some fires to put out here this morning....gonna handle it in a minute ...You men have a great day - JKE

Morning everyone ...
Had the duty yesterday and get to enjoy the weekend now. Mother Nature isn't cooperating much though. Supposed to have 6-9 foot seas on Sunday. I guess the Coasties will have to stay in port !!

Who borrowed my coat? 48 degrees today and the wx guessers are saying 9 degrees in the morning with that dang white stuff.

I'll probably hit Tippy once over Christmas break.
Anyway.... I came here to find out who made the coffee last!? The grounds plugged the drain and the container started over flowing with hot water and coffee grounds! Good thing it's plastic or I'd break out the Brasso and cotton ***** for you guys! Maybe we'll just go spend Saturday policing the common areas!
