I used to have a 2nd phone line for the computer.. I didn't even know the number to that phone (Finally got modern and DSL).. So when that phone used to ring I would answer it "corners office" they would ask for someone and I would ask when they were transfered to us so I can look for their records.. there was usually confusion and usually they just hung up...
