need measurement between bump stop & bump stop platform

The rear of my truck is sitting low because of the extra weight, and I'm working on raising the rear of my truck back to factory height (thread HERE). Could I get a measurement between the factory 3" bump stop and the bump stop platform on the factory 4 5/8" spring block? The distance between the bump stop and the platform on my truck is only 2 1/2".

Thanks fschiola. I wonder if there were any differences between the 2000 and my 1997. What's your '97 measure at, or is not stock?

Well it was gone when I first posted, then it was back, now it's gone again. I'll check it before it gets out of the yard tomorrow and repost the results.

I don't mean to be too much trouble, but could you also measure your bumpstop height and the height of the blocks too. I want to make sure that nothing has been changed from how it is supposed to be. Thanks.

No trouble. The height of the spring blocks on my 2000 was 4 5/8". I'll let you know on my 1997 when it gets back.

The height of the spring block on my 1997 is 4 5/8". The bumpstop height is 3.5" but has an empty horse trailer hooked to it now. I would guess it would be close to 5" without the trailer.
