Stages of a Project

This is how most things go at work:

SEVEN STAGES OF A PROJECT:
  1. Enthusiam and Jubilation
  2. Emergence of reality and compromise
  3. Disillusionment
  4. Panic sets in
  5. The search for the guilty
  6. The punishment of the innocent
  7. Praise for the non-participants

Sound like anyone else's job?

Never start a project until you have some one to blame.

We have corporate seagulls, er ah, helpers.
They fly in, squak about how bad you are, eat up all your food, crap all over you, and then fly out again.
Maintenance is the knuckeldragging cave men of the organization.

Finding someone to blame is easy. Who wasn't at the planning meeting?

We typically place all the blame on the last person to leave the company
