Three Stages of Suspension Stock to Lorenz IR
Thought I would put this together. I have had a few questions.
It seems so simple when you pick up your truck. They look good, run good, work good. But you just seem to keep wanting more. With that in mind here is my story of suspension building.
Truck started off life with the puny 32s. It was less than 2000 miles and I put 35s on.

Life was good, for a while. Added a new front bumper, got a deal from craigslist.

Then I was starting to rub the control arms a bit and wanted more than just a leveling kit. I started looking at the Skykacker and similar kitsm, not for me. Then looked at the higher end suspension systems. I settled on Lorenz, many calls many days well months reading posts, many emails.... I decided to go with Sean. Great decision for me.
So then I put on the Lorenz system. It handles great, very controlled, great off road.

Things are great, then Sean called up and mentioned the new IR coils, I said sure sounds great. I put them on a week or so ago. They sit higher and ride smoother, and still take the off roads great.
The New IR Springs, Swaybar drop brackets and tiny Turbo in the background.

So what’s next?
I have the wheels powder coated Black. Now just trying to decide if i go to 37s and sell the 35s. or stick with the 35s and swap them out to the black wheels.
Or do I just say turbo. Then there is that decision single twins…….
Anyway, I liked TexasCTD post the other day and his progress in a year. Thought I would follow up with mine. Then get thoughts on what is next.
Of course there are more pics in the gallery
