I have an 01 CTD. I am starting to upgrade the performace on it and I am needing some input from fellow CTD owners. Here is a list of my mods so far...wandering what steps should be next. Any input is helpful.

5" mbrp exhuast(full)
K&N FIP kit
ISSPRO gauges
FASS system
VP44 Lightning pump
and new edge jammer 3's going in this week or next.

I am wondering if I should put a comp. on it or just run it with the new injectors..any input??? Thanks guys. MURF

 

Your sig. is missing some info , auto. or man. , either way for added power , a upgraded trans or clutch , your list do not say , but you need more than anything to monitor the fuel pressure from the lift pump , they tend to go out starving the VP & killing it .
It seems that many with the newer trucks are putting in the box's , and sometimes stacking them , I'll leave that to the guys that have the electronic trucks , have fun , sounds like you may get hooked .

 

Id go lift pump, torque converter and valve body, the a bigger turbo. Id also go with bigger jammers if you are eventuallygoing for more power(stage 5s).
