Good morning Gang!

Made extra vittles this morning. Hot pancakes (some with cinnamon), home cured bacon, and deer sausage. Coffee and Ph00 is fresh.

Dragon is eyeing the table, hurry!

This last week we have had wonderful weather and today is even nicer than yesterday. Just came in from sitting in the swing, drinking a coffee and enjoying looking at the blue sky, flowers, green trees and green grass. Life is good.

Weather is super here too, Stan. Warm. 77 out there right now in the lanai. Went for a spin on my bike yesterday. Did about 8 miles and pushed it some. Came back with sweat in my eyes. Quite warm, but nice.

WHAT IS THAT AWFUL SMELL???????? Oh, Scotty!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just came in from outside where there is a cloudless sky, a full moon and a temperature of 81f / 27c with no wind. Booootiful.

 

Smoke detector's going off. Smells like the dragon's sick.

 

Opened our front door last night about 9ish. That full moon was staring at me. Opened both doors, grabbed the camera and took a quick shot with the pillars framing it and the porch high roof - - was not overly happy with the pic - - needed the "camera" to catch it right, not the hand held. But it was so pretty. We just sat in the doorway and enjoyed for about 15 minutes. Very pretty.

Put on the ph00. Oh yeh, forgot, some odd ones want coffee - - so, it is on too. Brought in some strawberry loaf - - very nice flavor - - enjoy.

Gone to investing class - - teaching me how to loose more money more quickly to get the pain over with sooner. Horrors. Later.

 

Hey!...it smells like poop in here!....If Scotty is making sloppy joes again...Don't eat them!

Last time we made them, everyone ate like crazy. Why not 'produce' another batch.

 

My venison chili requires high performance ventilation.

 

Slow cooked and smoked with New England Apple pellets. My own 'rub' and WoW! Yum!

 

Nice smoke ring. perfect!
