My Dad, Mom, and half my siblings are gone due to heart disease and diabetes. So far, my system looks like that of a teenager.

I eat the bacon, skip the pancakes, syrup, and apple fritters. I do eat lots of raw and dried apples, though. It's the sugar that causes all the trouble.

Putting a tablespoon of coconut oil in my black coffee...

bye

Doc froze one little spot on my head. No signs of any issues anywhere else. Next checkup in 6 months.

Lary, hope you have the same success.

Came home and loaded DW in the car to run some errands. She wanted a big bacon cheeseburger, so I settled on a big bowl of chili. Yesterday at work was "White Castle" lunch. Kinda feeling a gurgle or two......Think I'll leave before the dragon starts whimpering....

Morning all - - - hope all our sniffers are OK after the rash of storms yesterday. Wow, mama nature is not happy. We have had a very interesting winter this year. Today has dawned gorgeous down here but a tad nippy to start the day - - down to 50 last night, but going to be a wonderful day.

Put fresh coffee and ph00 on the counter and brought a neat strawberry cake bread. Very nice gentle flavor and not quite as nasty for you as the fritters yesterday - - can only handle one of those a month.

.......................................gone

50's. Tomorrow's high is to be in the mid 50's. I'm frantically searching for my swim trunks.

Confirmed what I suspected today
Those weren't moth ***** Lary was feeding me. Saw a surgeon today and was told my gall bladder is 'riddled' with stones.
Pre-op assessment next.
Have had more then a few attacks and constant dull pain since early December.
The nurses will be impressed with my LEGGS!

Scotty....now we know you didn't lose your marbles...you simply misplaced them

Prayers for a safe surgery and speedy recovery....you want me to rent a Nurse Costume and show up in it the recovery room so my mug is the first thing you see when you wake up?

If that don't get ya on your feet and out the door I doubt anything will

You can have my costume I wore at your quadruple double triple bypass.
It did get a few rips on that fence and the door frame. Never did figure out why there was all that security and that large native man in your room.

A little while back, I decided to make a chainsaw mill similar to the "Alaska Mill". I went by the only local steel supplier yesterday. No luck matching ID and OD on square stock. Very limited selection and to special order was too costly. Guess I'll cruise my friends places and see what I find.

Before you say it, yea I could just order one......

See ya!

Morning all. Sorry to read about all the sicko's here. Hmmm, guess you can take that in more than one way. However, for this place, all ways would probably fit very well.

Thanks for the coffee.

It's a cooler, more cloudy day here today. Just for a change, going to stay home and relax. It has been an extra busy and strenuous week, so need to recharge. Next week is going to be another strenuous week, so have to get ready.

Morning. Takin' a break from wood splitting.

Got DW a set of wrenches so she can get the top off the nutri-bullet blender cups after she put them on tight enough so they don't leak.

Wonder if she'll still love me after I use one on the CTD?
