Real nice place you have there. I would love to live at a place that has my own woods area and pasture like that(even though i live in the country now). Nice looking house, good pictures!

I'm curious, how much land did you get and, if I may ask, what was the sale price?
I'd like to get out in the country someday myself.

dieselnewbie, yes I am going to need a tractor for sure (see my other thread).
Its in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Its 6 acres.
410k bought the prop, the house, and the barn in a very nice area on the outskirts of Chapel Hill (Carrboro). With everything starting to spring up around here I think it was probably a wise investment, not to mention how nice it is to have open land, we can finally bring the horses to our own back yard.

Lookin sweet, lots of land to play around on, and finally looks like u got a garage to bomb the cummins in, lol.. Now get some gauges and start letting the cummins loose alittle :-D
