Pics of our new 5th wheel Laredo 29BH/03 Ram

Picked her up around 6pm today...Never pulled a 5th wheel before and was thrown into rush hour and tons of traffic.
This thing pulled like a dream and easier to turn than our
30ft Terry Dakota TT we traded in.

Cant say enough about how the Ram performed towing it.
Very solid truck and that HO diesel..oh boy !!! I ended up
deciding on the Pullrite SuperGlide (16K)thanks to DTR folks and it works as advertised...no worrying at all pulling for the
first time. Have to get use to unhooking and hooking but
thats the fun part.

The Keystone Laredo is a very nice 5er and love LOVE IT!.
I'll send a few more pics
Happing RV, and thanks for all the advice

Sweeeeet setup
So I see you took the advice and got the SuperGlide. Nice setup I must agree. I love the SuperGlide, I'll have to post some pics of my rig as soon as I get her hooked up tomorrow.
At first it looked as if the extended pin box would hit the side of the bed when I turn. The dealership and I had to take it real slow to make sure it didn't. That rig turns a real tight circle with no problems.
Post more pics if you have them. ;D ;D ;D

My brake controller is a sub standard Drawtite Activator
that we transplanted from our mini van (Coleman pop-up days)
to our 01 Ford F150 SuperCrew for the Terry Dakota 30ft TT
and now into the new 03 Ram...it still works but I'll get
something better this winter...like a Prodigy or Jordan.
The SuperGlide hitch was not part of the bugget so I'll have
to wait. We picked up a Vantasic fan and a tripod for the
kingpin and the wife said that enough !!!

The brake controller sticks a little after you let off the brakes
for a split second..but it still works....

Wow, nice.
I'm planning on buying a bh unit. I've looked at many, but never the Laredo. Could you send me some inside pics of the kitchen, bunk area, outside storage (like bikes) and kitchen pantry?
Also, what is the gross weight on it?
Thanks for the help and the best of luck for your RV-ing.

Nice! Hope you like your Laredo as much as we like ours. We have pulled all over the southeast and had a blast. We added some channel on the back to support a generator and storage rack. We attached a bike rack to that rack to haul bikes. Works pretty well.

I like the way they re-did the entertainment area and also I like having outside access to the lower bunk. Pretty sweet camper!

Nice clean look. Great rounding on the nose job. That should help with mileage.
Do yourself a favor and go with the Jordan controller - - much smoother than the Prodigy and better control. The new collar for the adjustable pedals works slick.
Happy camping.

One other question: Is the storage door on the right front bigger than the one on the left front? It looks like you have a shelf in there. Different than mine unless I am looking at it wrong.

yep...thats right...the larger door has access to the bathroom
cabinet area that would be hard to get to from the inside.
I like it, the wife dont !
