The sorry parent = sorry kids thread brought back some memories (even though we were never that mean).
Some of the fun shenanigans we pulled were the old boot trick, poo in bag trick, TP'in trees and mudding on logging roads.
Small town memories, not much to do where I came from.

Im not that old, but it wasnt uncommon for me and my best friend to walk in to the hardware store on the court house square and buy a 1 foot length of pipe threaded on both ends, two end caps, some black powder and some cannon fuse! It could all be had at the same store and never once did anyone look at us strangly when we did this. We might have got an occasional "you two are gonna blow yourselves up" but thats it! My how the times have changed!

Please don't do that here. There are other words that'd fit the bill as well as that one. (Just the janitor keepin' things clean!)
We used to run a 4 or 5 mile trap line ev'ryday before school starting when we were 14 or so. Went campin' in the mountains a lot. Latter years when we were in high school, we did our share of drinkin' in the sandpits too. We STAYED there after we got hammered tho, and didn't go drive around gettin' in trouble. The cops would even come out checkin' on us too, but as long as we stayed put, things were cool. Lot different world today! Never went and destroyed anything just for the sheer joy of it. Not that we were angels by any means tho... we messed up a few things, but always went back and tried to fix what we messed up.
chaikwa.

Wow, it was only 4 years ago that I was a senior in highschool, seems like longer. We would grab a few kegs, go into the cornfields, back the trucks up, and make a bonfire. Nobody was allowed to leave, you give your keys up on the way in. Not to say I didn't do my fair share of racing quads while I had a few too many, not the wisest choice but Im still breathing so God must have a different plan for me,lol.

I'm pleading the 5th here too. I can honestly say that getting caught one time too many doing some of this stuff changed me completely and made me into the wonderful humanitarian that I am today....

Leave work about 9ish.
RACE (60 in a 35) to the pizza place for a large taco pizza and a few pitchers.
back at someones house to finish a 12 pack watching sports center and hang out till 1 or so.
Sleep thru first hour.
Repeat.
Weekends, hunting, fishing, poaching, skinny dipping, get drunk and sleep in your truck where ever the party was at...
