Okay, DTR brothern, I need to talk to a self defense expert. I need a person who has credentials in police, civilian, or military pistol self defense training and or instructing.

 

I have none of the expertise you mention. I do however have a laser mounted on my 9 mm that has both a dot and cross hair setting, very effective deterant.

Ah. I would solicit local LEO's, (after you exhaust the DTR or course). I would imagine they have instructors at the State level out there that are competent, if not they would be the ones that would know who is.

I've gone through quite a bit of training, but I hardly consider myself an authority and I certainly have no credentials.

 

I have lots of experience in taht area but do not do it professionally. I do have a friend that provides training, consulting and such to various professional and private organizations in southern california...
