My Granddaughter Reagan,
Proud To Be An American
A Southern California Sunset.
A Southern California Storm,
My GPS trying to kill me!
The Geeks Squad at Best Buy insisted that a GPS cannot give me wrong directions, I proved them wrong, my 6 month old TomTom instructed me to drive the wrong way on the freeway, showed me driving through vacant fields and tracts of houses and have me turn 2 opposite directions at the same time.
Can you imagine having to trust your life on this technology?

This aircraft is used here in Northern Cali to drop firefighters by parachute into the firezone. It's built like a brick out house but is Hell to work on TGIF!!!

And a few more,
This is how people spend their time here in Southern California.
Huntington Beach Pier
Life is so rough.
This is the pier from out hotel room, right on Pacific Coast Highway.
And then this the same view except at night.
This is from the pier looking at Dukes, there was a surfing competition all weekend, see the bleachers in the sand.
My slightly fractured wrist back in 2001, you could see my external bone system.
Converting to a non-lethal weapons system, perfect for prowlers, explain this in the ER.
My little puppy dog.

1) The whole weight of that engine just hangs off the front of the wing? That thing's got to br pretty heavy!
2) What's inside the rest of the housing behind the engine on the wing?
This may be a REAL dumb question, but;
3) Those engines are air cooled? I guess they'd kinda HAVE to be, but it seems like a lot of engine for just air cooling.
4) They're also turbo charged?
Thanks!

2. That it a trade secret.
3. Yes, air cooled. There is baffling to direct the air around the fins on the cylinder. These engines produce 350HP @ 2575RPM.
4. Yep, a biggn.

Not as heavy as I thought. Still, a lot of vibration plus the weight to be hanging off of what I assume is an aluminum structure. I'd think it would eventually crack something.
No it's not, you just don't wanna tell me!
That ain't too shabby!
Hence the 350HP!
Are the prop blades able to vary in pitch or are they fixed?
