Rain , Rain Rain EEEHHH AHHHHHH

In Johnson Co Texas. Just south of Keene we have had a lttle over 4" of wonderful Rain in the last two days. We have not had a rain like this in a little over 3 years.
We have had enough to keep things alive and have had nothing like the drought in the Austin area but this is great. The ponds are filling and the ground is soaking. I can almost here the worms singing.

Yea I feel ya. We got 7 badly needed inches. Hoping for more today. Loved that it was a nice slow rain for us. Coulda swore the grass grew an inch overnight.

Much the same down here in Corpus Christi. I just hope we don't get more today, at least until I can get my lawn mowed! Gotta let it dry out a little more until I can run the mower over it. I almost forgot what green looked like!

Apparently it followed me back from OK. Went up there Friday and it was pouring, came back down here and it was raining all the way and hasn't let up since. I love it!

Loving the rain, even though it's gonna interfere with breaking ground on the new house, but we need it so no complaints here, the land will still be there when it dries up.

Had just over 10 inches of rain since Friday. Still raining this morning. See a lot of the tanks around me full.
