Quick question...
Really? Because they don't really enforce emissions on these big diesel trucks out here in CA from what I'm hearing, and since my truck is titled in VA, I don't have to do their emissions tests out here anyway...and back home in southwest VA, you can always find a good buddy for your inspection that just doesn't care if you have a CAT or not...plus, I wouldn't be able to get anything out of selling it if it didn't come with the CAT would I?

YET...... Give them a couple of more months.
Cat Converters will become a very scarce commodity when all those guys that pulled them off HAVE to have one (if it came on their truck) to get through the inspection.
