Question Question for guys who ordered one...

How long did it take for them to get your truck to you once it had arrived at the unloading facility? Mine should be getting to Council Bluffs (my unloading point) today, was guessing Thursday at the latest. Any of you guys keep track or remember? Thanks.

Are you sure yours actually arrived at the unload point?? Mine was supposed to be at unload 1 month ago, and in reality hadn't left texas for the 1st month it was supposedly en-route to me I have been tracking it every day, and it keeps getting lost on rail cars. I.E. Last night it was to be at Detroit (my off load) this am, and unloaded by 3:00 p.m. I checked at 2:00 p.m. and it is in peru, IN. Not sure why, but my date to detroit is now 2 more days away, and my delivery to my dealer is a week later

Good luck, and I hope yours does better than mine has!

Please let me know how long yours has been on order, and when you finally get it. I am looking for comparisons for my discussion with my dealer and DC.

I've been tracking mine via the DC web site. It appears to have all the info I need regarding where it is and the time it is to arrive at the next site. My truck is coming out of Saltillo via ocean carrier. Mine is supposed to be delivered to the dealer 6/21/04 (Newport News VA).

Just so you know, Pop Pop, I have also been using the dodge website, it is the one that keeps changing the delivery date. So far it has changed (and, of course, not for the better) by over a month!

Ordered mine on or abou 04/26, went to KZ 05/19, arrived Council Bluffs (my unload point) 06/07. Salesweasel says they've been having trouble getting vehicles out of there due to back log, don't know if he knows what he's talking about or not. He said we'd have a few days notice before the truck arrived. I'll post more on this thread as I here more if anyone's interested. Take care.

Well, they got it unloaded yesterday (06/08) no other motion so far. I think we may have overdone it using Insight though, I see it's currently down due to "security issues." Anyone else think it has anything to do with all the anxious Cummins orderers seeing where the truck is at?

Still waiting.... Last report it has been on a truck for 3 days from the unload point. Seems the drivers are intentionally passing up that traler, because it has a few stops

My dealer was advised of my trip this weekend (the one we already moved back 2 wks because of the truck being 2 months late) and the fact that I will have a new truck by then. If not the one we ordered, then another Dodge Cummins (from another dealer of course) That oughta get him movin

Can you please provide the DC url you are using to track your vehicle.

My vehicle was built 05/12, delivered by rail to the Chicago area 6/5. Transferred to CPRs for delivery to Windsor. Today, 6/15, my dealer has no idea where the vehicle is located.

Many thanks

Cheers f
