promotion and raise!
things are progressing right along on the rig. got bumped up to Motorman this last wednesday, changed crews, changed shifts, got a raise and only been on the rig since beginning of december.

this last hitch even got on the derrick and worked the board pulling pipe back. was awesome.

hope all are doing well!

Good job Chris. While it doesn't happen all the time, you are proof that more often than not, a good work ethic and a good attitude will pay off in the end. When I hire people, I focus about 80% on attitude and 20% on skills. I can teach the skills, I can't teach good attitude and good work ethic.

Just wait till someone slips an extra hundred pounds on your counter balance. always fun watching someone try to come down a ladder while being pulled up it...
