Modular plug/connectors for a plow?

Thankfully I haven't needed to use it much this year, but the last time I did need my plow one of the male pins in the big plug busted off. Of course it was the +12v for the "up" solenoid, sorta needed it! I got by with some wire and a few wirenuts to jump out that pin, but the others aren't in any better shape.

I think there are 15 pins on each side, and I'm looking for a modular plug I can replace the molded rubber one with. Preferably something water proof, all I can find are the standard dry only type. I don't care if I need 3 of them, I just don't want to buy an entire harness (It's a Curtis plow) to have to splice just the end on. Thanks for any ideas!

You could use a couple of RV connectors. Maybe a fork lift battery connector for the power wires.

I thought about RV connectors, as I have some in the garage but I was looking for something smaller, much like those! There's almost always a need for them too. It's a wonder I haven't seen any in the parts stores yet, I've needed them in the past and have always needed to rig something up.
