Nope no oil. Just wipe the inside to season it and you're ready to roll.
And it tasted good! Turkey was a hit but we're not good at injection. Too many injection pockets in the meat. I think next time I'm going to try a brine or marinade. But some good leftovers and we had a real nice time with our friends
Shorts, Turkey looks good! I haven't used an oil-less fryer yet, my turkey fryer is a big pot and some good frying oil. I fried 3 turkeys on thanksgiving and had nothing left, the family loved them!
Evening DTR, going to Mom and Dads tongiht for our Christmas dinner. We're going to my FIL's tomorrow for Christmas. Hope everyone has a Merry Christmas!!!
