no clue

ok have two problems pretty sure my voltage regulator is going out but what would cause all the accerorys to turn on and off acts like your cycleing the key

more than two problems! what vehicle ? what year?

No matter the vehicle, diesel truck or small eco box. With those symptoms i would refresh all the ground connections on the frame and check the battery cables.

Maybe they are. I've had a few bad ignition switches that would turn off accessories randomly.
