I could see this being used in a military application...... virtual snipers...... but the thought of walking through the woods knowing there may be a loaded gun strapped to a tree somewhere is kinda unnerving!

Actually, something very similar to this IS being used in a military application.
Only the gun is mounted in a remotely controlled pilotless airplane.

M-16 $50.00 for a 30 round Mag
M-60 $200.00 100 round belt
M-2 Cal 50 $1000.00 100 rounds.
Tow Missile $10.000 per shot
ICBM oh never mind it would hurt the camel spiders and that would be wrong.
I'm in for 5 on the M-60. Is the nuke button available? I'm quite sure I could drum up enough money for a few of them in select cities.

What's the ransom/bounty paid per terrorist killed? Spend a grand on ammo and net a couple hundred grand for eliminating a few terrorists. This could be lucrative for someone with too much computer time on their hands. Who knows, someone may be watching when Osama walks by. Big $$$$ there!!!!
