New Challenger or used Viper?
heres my favorite video of a viper. the turbos sound mean and the launch from the rear looks like it could break someones neck.

I like power and the viper has more potential for power

well I think Ive come to a decision! Used Challenger! Theres a few srt8s out there with less than a 1000 miles (demos) that have almost 7-8k off the sticker! Now the only thing I have to worry about is having the patience to wait till I sell my silver truck.LOL thanks all!

i had an 05 STR10 Viper. It was cool but EVERY and i mean EVERY swingin "you know what" wanted to race just to see it move. Plus it was not comfortable to drive, my legs were always HOT from the exhaust routing and had to keep the AC on the floor to keep em cool. Sold the Viper and got a Z06 Vette. 1/2 the cost, just as much power, more comfortable, triple the fuel mileage and would still run a 12.99 qtr mile with stock tires at our altitude (5000 ft base). I work for Dodge and I would get the SRT8 Challenger in a heartbeat!
it all depends on what your doing with the car. weekend warrior viper/everydayer challenger. I have an 06 boxster s and all it takes for me to wonder why i bought it is to take it down a winding road. in a viper you take corners that scare you but not the car in a challenger you scare yourself and the car i still vote challenger
i like the black one, also saw a silver one at a auto show. was awesome. If you get one it would have to be SRT-8 6 spd. with some go fast goodies. If it was me buying one i'd want 0-60 in uder 4 seconds when i was all said and done.
If I were to buy a new Challenger tomorrow, itd be an R/T instead of the SRT8. I dont need to pay an extra 10 grand for an extra 50hp...that would be better spent in an Indy Cylinder Heads 426 stroker...6 speed of course!
Been done, Imagine if this goes to production!!
