Midair over Nevada

Don't know if these have been posted. Happend last fall between a small et and a glider. Only minor injuries to the jet pilot, The glider pilot parachuted and walked out when he was fournd.
The jet pilot was able to recover the aircraft and make an engine out, gear up landing. She did a great job. No other injuries.

Interesting I would have thought the jet would have been flying IFR. So that would put the glider possibly at fault. Amazing no one was hurt.

The jet probaly was IFR. Collison occured ab 13,000 in VFR conditions. Makes it see and avoid. The glider did not have the trasponder or CAS on to save the battries. ATC would not be able to see the glider. From what I read somewhere.
