I am looking at a another truck. It is a 2001.5 quad cab 4x4 silver in color slt laramie. The truck has 220kms on it. The fellow that owns it wants to sell because he does not use it any more. It has a 6 speed trans in it. He used it to pull his camper to the lake and then back home. He has owned it since new. He wants 9000 grand for the truck What do you guys think. Should I buy this truck. I really think this is a great price for a truck like this. Let me know. The fellow who owns it is 72 years old. Thanks for your input. Garry

 

I would say thats not a bad price for Saskatchewan. If its a 1 owner and he has looked after it it should be good. Just be careful and give it a good once over, check for vacuum pump leak, fender rust, 4x4 operation, front end, clutch and the regular stuff. I had a 2000 with 234,000 on the clock when I got rid of it, but I had to, I think the PO rolled the clock back on me for all the repairs I had to do in the 6 months before I got rid of it. I got 10,800 on my 2000 on a trade.

Is it close to you?

 

I know I wouldn't let mine go for anywhere near that.
