Hey thats how I cook......My wife doesn't let me cook anymore....in fact she has been known to adopt a "home run stance" with a baseball bat if I just mention cooking

Everybody should know this stuff, could save a few lives if people paid attention to stuff like this.

Thanx for the link, funny that you posted it, today we had a fire in a small corner store that is on the 1st floor of a large apartment block, just as we were finishing up in the store I walked out to put some tools away when I saw heavy black smoke coming from a 5th floor apartment directly across the street. You guessed it a kitchen fire started from overheated oil left unattended on the stove, guess where the apartment tennant was? Yup you guessed it again, down on the street with about 100 other people whatching us work at the store fire. Needless to say she's out of her apt for a few weeks.

Good video Chris.... I would say that 75% if the fires that we have had lately have been food on the stove.

NEVER EVER throw water on a grease fire. Keep your cool and cover it up. Simple as that.

and if you didnt notice( I didnt untill it was pointed out to me) take a close look at the narrators face at teh end of the video.. she KNOWS of what she speaks.........

On a much more serious note, thats pretty crazy what happens. I can't imagine how much that woman's life has changed since that event, sadly thats not something that you can just rewind like you can a video.
