A local boy has been kidnapped by his father who presented false documents to a district court judge who failed to authenticate them. He could be anywhere, but they're thinking France or Mexico. its made the national news (nancy grace etc.) but the more people looking, the better the odds. He was kidnapped before and it took two years to find him.
