Talking Oh boy oh boy oh boy

They day has arrived. I'm finally taking my truck up to James to have him build the transmission. I'm so pumped. It's going to be a very long weekend. Truck won't be ready until tuesday or wednesday evening which means I'll be cruising the dmax until then. I can't wait. I've been wanting this for 5 years and it's finally happening. I'll finally be able to use the power that I've had on tap all this time. Not to mention that I'll finally be able to roll some smoke. Yes I know it's bad to smoke but dang it I haven't done it in over a month and I want to lay some big ol thick clouds. The stacks have been clean for two long. I won't be able to sleep at all. Oh boy oh boy oh boy oh boy!!!!

I can't wait to do that first long, black, smokey burnout coming out of his shop. Oh it's going to be so much fun. That's going to be the longest plane ride ever.

At least make sure you warm it up first before doing your first burnout

Seriously though- it must feel just like christmas eve as a kid, eh? (I work with a canadian and he's got me saying eh and oy =\)

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!

Glad you finally got your truck to the shop to get that tranny in! I'm enjoying mine everytime I drive. Heck the other day I just went out for a drive and did a few boosted launches for the fun of it and boy it was FUN! It's like a completely different machine doing a 8psi launch when compared to a 0psi one.

Oh and make sure you in 4wd or you'll leave some leave some pretty nice black marks on the pavement....

Congrats Blue, you will love the extra kick in the shorts a built tranny gives you. It totally changes the way the truck drives. I know you don't post much, but let us know when you get it back how it drives.
