All I really see is an incorrectly loaded trailer....
If the guy stacked all his crap at the back of the trailer, a good portion of the weight would be on the trailer axels rather than on the bumper hitch.

T-7 I saw that very same setup in tulsa probably 2 months ago and he was head east on HWY66. fast as he was going I would believe he just now made Little Rock area now, I can't believe he made it that far!
