I have a permanent high-pressure system over me at all times.....
Let me preface this post as a humorous take on my situation. I realize that people in Kansas, Oklahoma, and Texas would be happy to not have any rain.
I have a permanent high-pressure system over me at all times. It has almost become a joke about rain at our house and my wife thinks it is hilarious. I would say that large percentage of the time a line of rain or storms will be headed towards my house and then break apart right before it gets here. What’s worse is it will usually form back together after it passes our house. I’ve tried washing the car or watering the yard but that doesn’t seem to help. Here is a prime example of what I’m talking about.

The arrow points to where my house is. Notice that it is raining all around me but not on my house? Typical. It did rain here today but not much. Not enough to where I don’t have to water the yard.
Anyway, I’m bored today and just needed something to talk about.

Were a cattle ranch, that relies on rain for grass. For the past 4-5 years weve been in a severe drought, and saw the same thing. It was like the rain was afraid of our ranch lol. It would split up just west of us, move north AND south of us, then our neighbors to the east wuold get pounded with rain. Well in the past month, some 20", that trend has been broken, and I aint complaining.
Brett I was dring towards LR from MEM in May and stopped at a little place by Forest City for dinner then went back because of the storm.
BTW, What is up with frontage roads have two way traffic accross the exits? I thought the other people head on in my lane where stupid. Then I saw double yellow on my right.
I don't like Blythe Cal or AR now.

It's not like that all over the state. Only in certain parts. Around Central Ar. at least all of the frontage roads are one way. You have to remember, there are still parts of the state where they don't wear this cool invention called shoes. Or so I've been told
