Here in central Israel it stays pretty consistant at 32-36*C, but can jump up to 46*C down south by the red sea.

a guy had 50,000 bales of hay and straw spontaneously combust in a big metal barn this week on the other side of town. yeah, that was just a slight fire. lost about 300K in hay and straw if not more. building probably cost about 1/3 of that to build.
