it's cooled down since last week, it's only 102 here in Georgia. Went to Myrtle Beach SC and it was 107. that sucked. couldn't even get on the beach during the day!!

It's been fairly cool here, hit around 100* yesterday, supposed to do the same today. It's in the low 60s in the AM though, so takes most of the day to warm up now. About a month ago, it would still be 80* in the AM

July is usually the "hot" month with temps around 110-115*

105 today and yesterday and the day before. Been over 100 nine days in a row, new record. What I really hate is 79 degree nights where I have to run the generator all night in the truck.

Went up to my folks to check on my dad and when I left my house, the temp was about 95 and humid.
Got to my floks who live by the beach and it was about 79.
What a diff 50 miles makes.

As of 1:30 pm it was around 100, the other day it got to 103. That is dang hot for North Carolina.
