Doggonit - - now why didn't I think of that. I am always looking for good reason to hook up and take off. Trouble is, this isn't germs anymore - - nasty back. I did take her out to breaky with friends and she survived and was glad to get out of the house. Putting her in the pool this afternoon for some mild exercises and see how she does.

I would love to see the Hat at sea - - wow, what a let down. Be sure and wear your life jacket.

OK, the maid has some ph00 on and it still has some in there - - let's see - - yep it still pours - - slow, but I think I can get a cup. OK, I am out of here. I here the pool calling.

Another week down. Had a good friday, got to do some torching today to one of our locos. It coupled to a sub car (one that holds molten steel) too hard and blew the coupler and draft gear our the back of it. I love it when transportation tears them up. I don't do much cutting anymore, usually I'm doing engine work or rotating equipment alignment, kinda fun today. Going out with the gf tonight, we're going the the county fair in her county this time. Right now its beer time and I'm gonna go clean out the truck.

 

I on the other hand finished up an all rubber high temp line and cooling oil in the air filter reservoir to have 'something blow out all the oil from the back.
oil everywhere on the ground, white smoke blown into the open windows in the house. I am too disgusted to even wonder what happened......but the beer does sound good. I am trying a bud light with lime. sigh

Couldnt be happier. Just got promoted. Went from hourly to commission and a draw. Unfortunately it came at one of my friends expense. I was promoted into his position. Kind of a bittersweet emotion. I have to think about number one though. Me.
