February break room 2021

9°, -7° wind chill. Painfully cold this AM. Wouldn't want to be out in it. There has been freezing fog along the river for a week just down the hill. Mrs C went shopping for groceries and almost came back empty handed. Very little on the shelves. All those stray cats that use to live across the street that the wife was feeding, are now living here sitting outside the back door crying for food. That isn't helping with Mr Morris's cattitude. Speaking of which, we spent a quit day together. I working on my electronic project, he rearranged my spools of wire.

6°, -16° wind chill. Wind gusts 70mph overnight, still howling. Need to check for fallen trees later. Wife looses some more teeth today. Can't remember what I did or didn't do yesterday other than going to the post office for my pants.

After two night time temps in the -20 to -25F [no wind chill factored in] we had a warmer night last night as a snow storm moves in. They are calling for 6-10 inches of snow over the next 36HRs.
Sounds like the old 1st gen will be plowing some snow tonight.

Off to stack more wood in the outdoor boiler with the dogs. The cat is taking up the comfiest seat in the house and staying warm, like the little princess she is.

6° and -14°. Snowing, not expecting much. The wind direction keeps drifting in the door. I need to get rid of the feral cats around here. Don't want to kill them because of the rodent population. Just need to convince them to go back across the street where they came from. Somehow, the wife's good intensions end with bad results. She better not bring home a homeless person. Unless she is young and pretty.

We're getting a bit of a cold snap here,,,but I don't want to sound like a milquetoast seeing how it's only dipping into the teens.

Bigbaddog, I was kinda wondering that too.....

Disco pants?? I figured you where ordering new lounge pants for kicking it in the house with Mr. Morris.

Been seasonable cold here 0 and below at night with teens-20F during the day. We have been getting snow basically everyday the past week. 1-3 inches of the stuff today on the forecast.

My mom bought the pants along with a shirt from Goodwill. I guess she though I'd meet more girls that way. I hated disco, but the part time pay was good.
3°. -14° wind chill. High winds and blowing snow. Got some good drifts going in the yard. Kinda typical weather for this time of year. Thinking about doing something today. A nap, perfect, a nap, I'll do that.

One of the moderators could help you with that.
18°, 3° wind chill. Blowing and drifting snow. Went to town and paid my phone bill, hit the gun shops on the way back. No ammo or components to make any with. Ran into a former coworker. Still unemployed like me, just doing odd jobs to try and get by.

We've got it cozy and warm, around 260-265 K..

(Just to use some SI units in a weather discussion )
