Farmers are having it rough here this season.
First, it was wet, often too wet.
Then we got slammed with a freeze and then more rain.
Ive been watching my neighbors trying to negotiate the mud in their fields the past week.

My hats off to all you farmers.

diesel daze where in mo are you. sounds bout like us ur talking bout. been trying to plant corn for a month. wet then cold, then wet, then nice for 3 days, now more rain. live in sw missouri and i don't know anyone thats had luck getting all their corn planted when they wanted the first time. several farmers are replanting. got 300 acres planted and maybe have to quit cause more rain is coming and its almost may. the corn should be a foot tall here by now.
