The transformation has begun.......

It has started. I got most of my parts lined up to fix my truck from my deer vandalism. I went a little overboard. Heres a list of things I got for it:

Windshield
Door
Used Western Hauler style bed
Tires
Ride Rite airbags
On-board air compressor and tank
LEDs for flatbed (wow $$$)
P3 Teknosha brake controller
new fuel lines
fuel gauge sender unit and strainer
Debating on train horns???

I started last 7 days ago, removed bed, replaced sender, fuel lines, brake line behind tank, installed airbags, ran air lines, figuring where to mount compressor. Waiting for painter/sand blaster guy to get done with bed.
Door is getting painted, as I type.
I'll post some before and after picts. and some before the accident.
Cant wait till its done. Just more toys.
Supposed to go to Illinois this weekend, I'll try to have it done, other wise we are taking the D Max.
Gotta go to work. (actual 8-5 job)

I'll probably get them. I want to get the truck put together more than anything. Flat Bed is getting painted right now. Pick it up tomorrow. Installing airbags tonight.
Trying to mount compressor.....Under the hood or in a toolbox in flatbed?????

How big of an air tank should I use? I have three diff ones right now, one is 4 gallon, one is 6, one is 12 gallon. not sure if the 12 will fit under the bed?
Maybe two 4 gallons?
I want to air up tires,(once and a while), air up/down bags, run train horns.

As soon as I saw compressor I thought horns. Some day I'm dreaming of some cash the wife doesn't know about, and I'll be all about the horns. Gotta buddy who found a parked train in the middle of no-where. Those things are loud.

I'm running air bags now with no "on board air". Would be nice to air up and down on the fly.

Looks good. Nice work all around. I think the LEDs were worth the extra $$.
