Question Electrical Problem Maybe?

My friend has a 94 Dodge Shadow ES and he just recently had some work done to it. Now the tach doesnt work and the right turn signal wont blink. I was thinking maybe a ground but I wouldn't know where to begin. Anyone got any ideas?

Sounds like it might be a ground. What kind of work was done to it? That might determine where you start looking.

For example, SWMBO had front-end damage repaired on her Jeep a few years ago, and the first time we went through a drive-thru window in the summer it started to overheat. Since I knew they had removed the radiator to do the repairs, I started looking there and found a connector that wasn't connected--turned out to be the thermostatic fan control that should have turned on the fan when the temp got to a certain level. Once it was plugged back in, everything was fine.
