Heres my story about getting screwed. Well there was a four wheeler on ebay for sell for like $3000 including shipping worth at least twice that and I emailed the person. Whats going on here i said why is it so cheap is this for real and they emailed me back saying they pulled it off ebay because someone did the buy it now and couldnt come up with the money so it is still for sell if I wanted it. They said they just moved to the netherlands and that they had two and only needed one because of the price to register over there. They sent me pictures and everything even the vin. They said I could pay thru ebay square trade, they sent me a link to the website and I checked it out. I sent the money to them and then when it was recieved the other party shipped the 4 wheeler and when I got it I would let them know and they would release the money to the seller. Everything looked to be legit so I western unioned the money and sent an email, to them saying I did. They sent one back saying it was real late there and they would ship first thing in the morning. Never heard from them for a couple days, so I went to yahoo and typed in ebay square trade and first thing thsat poped up was scam I was so ****** filed a complaint with the fbi, but fake email, name, address, 4 wheeler and everything and sense I did it out side of ebay nothing they could do. Turns out it has gotten a lot of people. I am still waiting for the day it just shows up.

Theres no big rush to leave feedback.
If you dont get your item file a claim with Paypal and you will usually get your money back.
Sometimes people do have "Fires" and other stuff , theres alot of people on Ebay. And alot of diffrent things could happen.
Sometimes stuff does really get "lost" in the mail.
Once you leave feedback theres no changing it.
Wait until you have exhausted every ave. before leaving feedback.
Ya I know....I usually do, but it ended up being a month before he contacted me....after I sent him 3 emails. His policy was it would be there within 20days....it wasnt and he hadnt responded so it was bad feedback.

In most cases I'd agree. But in my situation, the guy flat out posted a fraudulent ad. He stated that the phone was "NIB, never used". The phone actually had over 13 hours of use!

If a seller is going to lie from the get go, I say flaming feedback is in order!
